Kiln & Crumb started in a rented kitchen with one oven, one recipe, and a stubborn belief that a cookie should have layers — a shattering edge, a chewy middle, a center that never quite sets. Ten years later that's still the only recipe we're loyal to: build every batch like it has something to say.
We bake in small runs, every morning, and we stop selling a flavor the day it stops being the best version of itself.
